Oracle ERP Financial Analyst

The Oracle ERP Financial Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing and optimizing financial processes using Oracle’s suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and Oracle ERP systems.

Responsibilities
• Production Support: The Oracle ERP Financial Specialist will be the go-to person for resolving
production issues related to financial modules. This includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis,
and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize Oracle Financials modules (such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, SLA etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and improve system efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to system configurations, processes, and
issue resolutions.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud.
o Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
o Experience with production support and issue resolution.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, etc.).
o SQL and PL/SQL knowledge for querying and troubleshooting.
o Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI Publisher, FSG, SmartView).
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
